AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE SOUTH BEND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND
THE AA -1 SEWER CLEANING INCORPORATION AND
ACE ENGINEER EQUIPMENT ENTERPRISES OF 348
FURNACE STREET, ELYRIA, OHIO, TO SUPPLY ALL
NECESSARY EQUIPMENT, LABOR AND SERVICES TO
COMPLETELY DEWATER AND CLEAN'�10 FOOT
DIAMETER DIGESTERS FOR THE SUM OF $10, 000. 00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the South
Bend Sewage Treatment Plant and the AA -1 Sewer
Cleaning Incorporation and Ace Engineer Equip-
ment Enterprises of 348 Furnace Street, Elyria,
Ohio, on the 4th day of March, 1963, to supply
all necessary equipment, labor. and services to
completely dewater and cleaJ110 foot diameter
digesters for the sum of $10, 000. 00 is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and approval by the
Mayor.
