AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER WORKS AND THE
BURROUGHS CORPORATION, FOR THE PURCHASE
OF THREE (3) BURROUGHS STYLE .F6307 ACCOUNTING
MACHINES FOR THE SUM OF $14, 628. 00 LESS TRADE -
IN ALLOWANCE ON MODEL F301 MACHINE S, SERIAL
NUMBERS F16362P, F31734P, and F52834P of $4, 100. 00,
FOR -THE NET PRICE OF $10,528. 00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the South Bend
City Water Works and the Burroughs Corporation, on
the 5th day of December, _ 1962, for the purchase of
three (3) Burroughs Style F6307 Accounting Machines
for the sum of $14, 628. 00, less Trade in allowance on
Model F301 Machines, Serial Numbers F16362P,
F31734P, and F52834P of $4, 100. 00, for the net
price of $10, 528. 00, is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
