AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 6. 0 SUBSECTION
6. 2, and SECTION 10. 0 OF ORDINANCE NO. 4421 - -61
AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That Section 6. 0 - Display of License - Records,
Subsection 6.2 - General, shall be amended to read
as follows:
6. 2 - General. All bills, cards, advertising, or stationery
issued or distributed by any person licensed or otherwise
accredited by this Ordinance, shall contain his name and
address, and number shown on his badge.
SECTION II. That Section 10. 0 - Violation Penalty, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
SECTION 10. 0 Violation Penalty. Any person violating any
of the provisions of this law shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
not to exceed $300. 00. Each day such violation is com-
mitted, or permitted to continue, shall constitute a
separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by
the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements
relating thereto.
