ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL
ORDINANCE NO.4373 -61
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1•
That Ordinance No. 4373 -61, an ordinance annexing and
bringing into the City of South Bend, Indiana certain lands
(northwest annexation),be repealed.
Section 2•
That no provision in this ordinance shall effect the
validity of Ordinances No. 4436 -62, 4437 -62, 4440 -62, 4465 -62.,
Section 3:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal
publication.
