AGENDA: BILL N0.50-08 ALLEY VACATION
Chairperson Varner opened the meeting by reading a letter from the petitioner of Bill No. 50-08
requesting a continuance until the October 27, 2008 meeting of the Council.
Councilmember LaFountain made a motion to continue this bill at the request of the petitioner.
Councilmember Dieter seconded the motion which carried.
There being no further business to come before the committee, Chairperson Varner adjourned
the meeting at 4:02 p.m.
