AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 a,� lls BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described Motion by Councilman Krueper to exclude Lots 1 and 2 from this Ordinance. Councilman La{dewski seconded the motion. Motion carried. t 1 -46 inclusive of Judie's 1st Addition, Lots 1- 71 inclusive of Happ and Taggart's Addition, being more generally described as bounded on the east by Jacob Street, on the west by Arthur Street, on the north by Sorin Street, and on the south by McKinley Avenue. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject area would be "A" Residential. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council with the further recommendation that the petition be amended from the Council floor to exclude Lots 1 and 2 of Madison Park Addition.
