WORDEN The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as being bounded on the east by the first north -south alley east of Kenmore Street, on the west by the first north -south alley west of Chicago Street, on the north by the first east - west alley south of Western Avenue, and on the south by Ford Street was legally advertised under date of September 23, 1963 an& given public hearing on October 3, 1963• The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the area would be "A" Residential.
