AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: Lots 4 -25 inclusive, Lots 32 -61 inclusive, Lots 63 -123 inclusive, Lots 138 -148 inclusive, Lots 155 -176 inclusive and Lots 183 -193 inclusive of Belleville 1st Unit, Lots A -R inclusive of Belle- ville 4th Unit, Lots 194 -239 inclusive, Lots 251- 289 inclusive and Lots 292 -310 inclusive of Belle- ville 2nd Unit, being more generally described as bounded on the east by the first north -south alley east of Kentucky Street, on the west by the first north -south alley west of Falcon Street, on the north by the first east -west alley south of Western Avenue, and on the south by the first east -west alley north of Sample Street. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed change would bein the best of the subject area. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council.
