AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING F I L E D CITY OF SOUTH BEND FREDA C. NOBLE, CLERK ' ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: Lots 500 -733 inclusive of Belleville Gardens 2nd Unit, being more generally described as bounded on the east by the rear lot line of lots abutting on Edison Avenue, on the west by Lombardy Drive and the north -south property line between Barberry Lane and Lombardy Drive, on the north by Sample Street and on the south by the rear lot line of lots abutting Meadow Lane. Section 2• This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication. HUFF The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District Lots 500 -733 inclusive of Belleville Gardens 2nd Unit, being more generally described as bounded on the east by the rear lot line of lots abutting on Edison Avenue, on the west by Lombardy Drive and the north -south property line between Barberry Land and Lombardy Drive, on the north by Sample Street and on the south by the rear lot line of lots abutting on Meadow Lane was legally advertised under date of June 17, 1963 and given public hearing on June 27, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A" Residential and "A" Height and Area District.
