AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3895 \�
DESIGNATING WEST EWING AVENUE A BOULEVARD
AND HEREBY REDESIGNATING AND DECLARING
WEST EWING AVENUE TO BE A BOULEVARD FROM
FRANKLIN STREET TO GERTRUDE STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CIVIL CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 3895 passed on October 27,
1952, and being a part of the Municipal Code of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, be amended and it is hereby amended
by redefining and redesignating that Section of West Ewing
Avenue which is a Boulevard, so that it reads as follows:
The West Ewing Avenue from Franklin Street to
Gertrude Street is hereby designated a Boulevard.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
