AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 4581 -63
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4581 -63 be amended so
that same shall be and read as follows:
Lots 57 -61 and 77 -90 inclusive of Citizen Home Co.'s
Re -plat of Lots 56 -62 and 79 -87 inclusive of Shively's
Addition, including Lots 63 -76, 109 -124, 131 -146,
183-202, 205 -213, 241 -268, and 272 -299 inclusive all
a part of D. M. Shively's Addition, also Lots 91 -96,
161 -167, 233 -2'39 inclusive AND Lots 300 -301 of Citizen
Home Co's Replat of Lots 91 -97, 161 -168, 233 -2405
300 -307, and 361 -364 in Shively's Addition including
Lots 1 -46 inclusive of Part of Citizen's Home Co's
5th Replat and including Lots 8, 9, 27 -30, 49 -51, 63
94797,inclusive of South Bend and Gary Land Co's Revised
Plat, being generally described as being bounded on
the east by the first north -south alley west of Frank
lin Street, on the west by Kendall Street, on the north
by the first east -west alley north of Calvert Street,
and on the south by Ewing Avenue.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal
publication.
