AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section l:
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by
changing the zoning classification of the following described
property from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area
District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area
District:
Lots 1, 2, and 3, Lots 5 -52 inclusive of the Plat
of Sumpton Prairie Avenue Addition, Lots 1 -21 inclusive
of Romig's 1st Addition, a lot 134 feet, more or
less, by 145 feet, more or less, on the northeast
corner of Ewing and Dorothy Street, Lots 1 -16 inclusive,
Lots 23 -57 inclusive, Lots 59 -85 inclusive, Lots
88 -109 inclusive, plus a lot adjacent to the west
line of Lots 95 and 96 of Prairie Avenue Heights
Addition, also a parcel of land directly west and
adjacent to Prairie Avenue Heights Addition approximately
370 feet by 275 feet by 235 feet by 235 feet, being
more generally described as an area bounded on the
northwest by Prairie Avenue, on the east by Morris
Street and on the south by Ewing Avenue.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the�Mayor, and legal
