That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A -1" Resi- dential Use and "A" Height and Area District: All of that land bounded on the North by Hamilton Street, on the East by Fremont Street, on the South by Marquette .Boulevard, and on the West by Meade Street, in the City of South Bend, and consisting of Lots 316 to 345, both inclusive, and Lots 535, 536, 537, 563, 564 and 565 in Vernon Heights Addition. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance go to the Council as favorable. ts���hairman April 17, 1964 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the South Bend Housing Authority to rezone from "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A -1" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally bounded on the north by Hamilton Street, on the east by Fremont Street, on the south by Marquette Blvd., and on the west by Meade Street was legally advertised under date of April 6, 1964 and given public hearing on April 16, 1964. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission duly moved, seconded and carried (5 -2 -Mr. Glass abstaining) a motion that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council.
