AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE SOUTH BEND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND
0. J. SHOEMAKER, INC. FOR THE FURNISHING
OF MATERIALS AND LABOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
AND ERECTION OF A SCUM BURNER FOR THE SUM
or $ 91918.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between
the South Bend Sewage Treatment Plant and 0. J.
Shoemaker, Inc. on the 27th day of April, 1964, for
the construction and erection of a Scum Burner for
the sum of $9,918.00 is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be i
