SPECIAL MEETING
OCTOBER 8, 008
The Board of Public Safety met in a special meeting at 8:38 a.m, on Wednesday, October 8, 2008,
with President Donald Alford,, and Board Members Juanita Dempsey, Patrick Courell. wid Jack Reed
present. Board member Bruce BonDurant was absent. Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar and Police
Chief Darryl Boykins were also present.
The meeting was held in the Board of Public, Works Meeting Room, 13'1' Floor, County-City
Building, South Bend, Indiana.
Facts on Charges 08-0 1. Mr. Reed seconded the motion which carried. Mr. Cottrell voted to oppose
'he "Therefore" section of the Findings of Facts.
The-Jrc being no further business to come before the Board, President Alford declared the meeting
ad'"ourned at 8:43 a.m.
