NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: Section I. The sum of $192,500 is hereby appropriated within Fund #620 for purposes of transferring said funds to the Water Leak Insurance Fund (#644). Section II.
