ORDINANCE NO. 4627 - 64
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE SOUTH BEND SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND
HARRY H. VERKLER CONTRACTOR, INC., FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE SCUM SKIMMING TANK FOR THE
SUM OF $37, 500. 00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the contract entered into between the South Bend
Sewage Treatment Plant and Harry H. Verkler Contractor,
Inc., on the 27th day of January, 1964, for the purchase of
one Scum Skimming Tank for the sum of $37, 500.00 is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
