'%a a `f— ( / AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 ( Mishawaka Avenue) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "B" Residence District and "A" Height and Area District to "C" Commercial District and "E" Height and Area District: Lots Numbered Ninety -four (94), Ninety -five (95) and Ninety -six (96) as shown on the recorded Plat of Fordham, an addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana. WOAD�N The attached petition of Annette and Eugene White, et al, to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "C" Commercial Use and "E" Height and Area District Lots 94, 95 and 96 of Plat of Fordham, being more generally described as being bounded on the north by Mishawaka Avenue, on the east by 33rd Street, on the south by the first east —west alley south of Mishawaka Avenue and on the west by the first north —south alley west of 33rd Street was legally advertised under date of November 30, 1963 and given public hearing on December 10, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed zoning is a logical extension of existing commercial zoning and would be in keeping with the spirit and intent of the Zoning Ordinance and Future Land Use Plan.
