AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE No. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section l:
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by
changing the zoning classification of the following described
property from "B" Residential Use District and "A" Height and
Area District to "A" Residential Use District and "A" Height
and Area District:
Lots 1 -8 inclusive of Feldman's Sub., Lots 294 -321
inclusive of 3rd Plat of Park Place and Coquillard
Farm Plat Proposed of Lot 327,, being more generally
described as being bounded on the east by Jacob Street,
on the west by the west property line of Lot 8 of
Feldman's Sub., on the north by Corby Blvd., and on
the south by the east -west alley north of Campeau St.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal
publication.
