AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING FREDA G. NOBLC
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 fi:V- CLERWOUTH BEND, IND,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1:
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by
changing the zoning classification of the following described
property from "B" Residential Use and Existing Height and Area
Districts to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District:
Lots 258 -293 inclusive of 3rd Plat of Park Place,
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, of Seim's Sub., Lot 322, Lots 1 -6
inclusive of Hartman Tim. Morris Addition, also Lots
150 -173 inclusive of 2nd Plat of Park Place, a replat
of Lots I. J, K, & L, Lots 42 -149 inclusive and Lots
174 -185 inclusive of 2nd Plat of Park Place, also
Lots 21 -26 inclusive of North Sunnyside 2nd Addition,
being more generally described as bounded on the east
by Jacob Street, on the west by Eddy Street, on the
north by the rear property line north of Campeau Street,
and on the south by Sorin Street.
Section 2•
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal
publication.
