ORDINANCE NO.� 1966
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE
NO. 4803, 1965.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 4803, 1965, an
ordinance annexing and bringing into
the City of South Bend, Indiana, certain
lands (Southeast annexation) be repealed.
Section 2. That no provision in this ordinance shall
affect the validity of Ordinances No. 4560 -63,
4580 -63, 4754 -65 and 4789 -65.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its enactment,
approval by the Mayor and legal publi-
cation.
