AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ($3,000.00) TO
THE SEWER DEPARTMENT FOR THE REPAIRS TO
SEWER REPLACEMENT; SAID ($3,000.00) TO BE
A TRANSFER FROM ACCOUNT J -12 INTO ACCOUNT
J -262, ALL BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. The sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars is hereby
appropriated to the Sewer Department for the repair of Sewer Re-
placement and said Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars is to be de-
posited in Account J -262 for said purpose. Said sum to be obtained
and transferred from Account J -12, Services Personal, Special
Equipment operators,. truck drivers, and laborers, where it was
heretofore appropriated for use in paying wages and which said sum
will not now be needed for such purpose.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the
Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements of emer-
gency appropriations.
