MURPHY, Al"ITART ORCc R October 5, 1964 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A -1" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as being bounded on the North by the East - [Jest alley South of Washington Street, on the East by Laurel Street, on the South by Napier Street and on the West by Walnut Street was legally advertised under date of September 21, 1964.and given public hearing on October 1. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed zoning would be in the best interest of the subject area.
