AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from the existing zoning and height and area district to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District.: Lots 110 -115 inclusive of Walnut 2nd Addition, Lots 1 -4 inclusive and Lot 21 of the Replat of Walnut 4th Addition, Lots 5 -20 inclusive and Lots 23 -28 inclusive of Walnut 4th Addition including parcel 372E of Section 15; Lots 33 -74 inclusive and Lots 132 -151 inclusive of Whiteman's 1st Addition, being more generally described as being bounded on the East by Nash Street, on the West by Grant Street, on the South by Prairie Avenue, and on the North by Calvert Street. Section 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication. JHHB xT.....'.A The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from the existing zoning and the existing height and area district to "All Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property bounded on the Fast by Nash Street, on the West by Grant Street, on the South by Prairie Avenue, and on the North by Calvert Street was legally advertised under date of August 24, 1964 and given public hearing on September 3• The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed zoning change would be in the best interest of the subject area.
