ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE
PARKING METER FUND THE SUM OF $3,000.00
FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING THE FINDS
IN ACCOUNT 726 MADE NECESSARY BY A NEED
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL METER
HEADS, BEING DESIGNATED, OTHER EQUIPMENT,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. The sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars is hereby
appropriated from the Parking Meter Fund of the Municipal City of
South Bend, Indiana for the purpose of providing an increase in -
Account 726 for the purpose of purchasing additional parking meter
heads. Said sum is appropriated to Account 726, other equipment.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in:full force and effect after
its adoption by the Common Council of the Civil.City of South Bend,
Indiana, and approval by the Mayor.
