ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ($1500.00) TO
THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURCHASE
OF A TRUCK; SAID ($1500.00) TO BE A TRANS-
FER FROM ACCOUNT V_37 INTO ACCOUNT V -722,
ALL IN THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00)
Dollars is hereby appropriated to the Electrical Department
for the purpose of purchasing a truck and said One Thousand
Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars is to be transferred to
Account V -722, Properties, Motor Equipment for said purpose.
Said sum to be obtained and transferred from Electrical De-
partment Account V -37, Other Supplies, where it was hereto-
fore appropriated and which said sum will not now be needed
for such purpose.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall
