ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ($2,500.00) TO THE
CITY CEMETERIES DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF
A TRUCK; SAID ($2,500.00) TO BE A TRANSFER FROM
ACCOUNT N -12 INTO ACCOUNT N -7229 ALL IN THE
GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. The sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)
is hereby appropriated to the City Cemeteries Department for the
purpose of purchasing a truck and aaid Two Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($2,500.00) is to be transferred to Account N -722 for
said purpose. Said sum to be obtained and transferred from City
Cemeteries Account N -12, Services - Personal, where it was here-
tofore appropriated for use in paying salaries and which said
sum will not now be needed for such purpose.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force
from and after its passage by the Common Council,
by the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory
of emergency appropriations.
