AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $200.00 FOR THE USE OF
THE CITY PLAN COMMISSION IN.THE PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL
EXPENSES INCURRED AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE PUBLICATION
OF LEGAL NOTICES.REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SO= BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. The sum of Two- hundred ($200.00) Dollars is hereby
appropriated from the City Plan Fund of South Bend, Indiana,
for the purpose of the payment of additional expenses incurred
as a consequence of the publication of legal notices required
by law; said Two- hundred ($200.00) dollars shall be deposited
in Account No. 242 of the City Plan Commission for the payment
of said expenses.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its adoption by the Common Council of the Civil City of
South Bend, Indiana, and approval by the Mayor.
