MURPHY, Aaaovxr OT1e 1R The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally bounded on the North by Indiana Avenue, on the East by the north -south alley East of Nash Street, on the South by Calvert Street, and on the West by Brookfield Street was legally advertised under date of June 22, 1964 and given public hearing on July 2, 1964. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the predominant use of the subject area is single family residential.
