WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget, so that it now is necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary emergencies: SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions for the year ending December 31, 1965, the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and set apart out of the several funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same, and such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipu- lated and provided by law. SECTION II. That for said £iscalyear there is hereby appropriated out of the various City Funds hereinafter named, the following specified amounts to meet such extraordinary emergencies, as follows: MUNICIPAL BONDS OF 1962 Municipal Bonds of 1962 To carry out and complete the purposes set out in the Mu- nicipal Bonds Issue of 1962. $219,060.38 SECTION III.
