AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER WORKS AND THE
ADVANCE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., FOR TWO
16 -INCH INSERTING VALVES, THREE 6 -INCH
INSERTING VALVES TWO 8 -INCH INSERTING
VALVES AND TWO 4 -INCH INSERTING VALVES
IN THE SUM OF $9,071.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDI-
ANA:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the South Bend City
Water Works and the Advance Construction Co., Inc., on the 5th day of
April, 1965 for two 16 -inch inserting valves, three 6 -inch inserting
valves, two 8 -inch inserting valves, and two 4 -inch inserting valves in
the sum of $9,071.00 is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
