AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER
WORKS AND JAMES B. CLOW & SONS,
INC., FOR THE PURCHASE OF CAST IRON
WATER MAIN PIPES AND FITTINGS IN
THE SUM OF $72,385.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY.,TJy& COid= COUNCIL OF THE CITY-OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the South
Bend City Water Works and James B. Clow & Sons, Inc., on the
6th day of April, 1965 for the purchase of the following
Belle -Tits Cast Iron Water Mains:

and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
