AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING; ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing; the zoning classification of the following described property from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: Lots 149 -176 inclusive, Lots 182 -243 inclusive and Lots 246 -276 inclusive of 2nd Plat of Rose- land Park, being more generally described as bounded on the North by Calvert Street, on the East by Sampson Street, on the South by Donald Street, and on the West by Twyckenham Drive. Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication. ""'TAIT mnecron The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as bounded on the North by Calvert Street, on the West by Twyckenham Drive on the South by Donald Street and on the East by Sampson was legally.advertised under date of February 12, 1965 and given public hearing on February 23, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed zoning would be in the best interest of the subject area.
