AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1:
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing
the zoning classification of the following described property
from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to
"A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District:
Lots 277 -307 inclusive, Lots 310 -371 inclusive
and Lots 382 -404 inclusive of the 2nd Plat of
Roseland Park, being more generally described
as bounded on the North by Donald Street, on the
East by Sampson Street, on the South by Ewing
Avenue, and on the West by Twyckenham Drive.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal
publication.

Gentlemen: Clarification of rezoning petitions..
The lots between Vernon and Twyckenham and Twyckenham
and Caroline Streets on the North side of Ewing Avenue
have been excluded from the legal description and from
the transparencies because they are already zoned "A"
Residential.
For your convenience we have seperated the two petition
areas which were previously on one transparency and
request that you correct a typographical error on the
ordinance covering the property bounded on the North
by Donald Street,on the East by Sampson Street, on the
South by Ewing Avenue and on the West by Twyckenham
Drive - Lots 227 -307 should read Lots 277 -307. The
legal description published by the Planning Commission
was correct and only on this ordinance was said error
made.
