BLOUGH AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1• That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: Lots 6 -62 inclusive of Part of D. C. Leer lst Addition, .Lots 1 -11 inclusive, Lots 15 -58 inclusive of Leer's 3rd Addition, Lots 20 -50 inclusive, and Lot "J" of Whitcomb and Keller's Lincoln School Addition, and Lots 23 -29 inclusive of Mayr's Vistula Avenue Addition, being more generally described as parcels of land bounded on the East by Twyckenham Drive and Vernon Street, on the West by Leer Street, on the North by Indiana Avenue and the N. Y. Central Railroad and on the South by Calvert Street. Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal publication. Y. Central Railroad, and on the south by Calvert Street, was legally advertised under date of January 25, 1965 and given public hearing on February 4, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the predominant use in the subject area is single family residential.
