AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND SEWAGE
TREATMENT PLANT AND THE MEMPHIS
EQUIPMENT CO., FOR THE PURCHASE
OF REO SERIES "M" 2k TON 6 WHEEL
DRIVE TRUCK IN THE SUM OF $4,995.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the
South Bend Sewage Treatment Plant and Memphis Equipment Co.,
on the 9th day of February, 1965 for the purchase of Reo
Series "M" 2k Ton 6 wheel drive truck in the sum of $4,995.00
is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
