AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
TI,tE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
AND INFRA -RED HEATING CO., SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA FOR THE INSTALLATION OF GAS AND
ELECTRIC RADIANT HEATING SYSTEM IN THE
NORTH PUMPING STATION IN THE SUM OF
$ 7,304.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMHON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the
Water Works of the City of South Bend and the Infra -Red Heat-
ing Co., South Bend, Indiana, on the 7th day of September, 1965
for the installation of a gas and electric radiant heating system
in the north pumping station in the sum of $7,304.00 is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
