AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND AND JORDAN MOTORS, INC.
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE 1966 FORD 2z
TON DUMP TRUCK IN THE SUM OF $3243.35
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the
Water Works of the City of South Bend and Jordan Motors, Inc.
on the 9th day of August, 1965 for the purchase of one 1966
Ford 2z ton dump truck in the sum of $3243.35 is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval by the Mayor.
