AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER
WORKS AND THE MEMPHIS EQUIPMENT
CO., FOR THE PURCHASE OF REO "M"
SERIES 2k TON 6X6 RECONDITIONED
TRUCK IN THE SUM OF $4,395.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into be-
tween the South Bend City Water Works and Memphis
Equipment Co., on the 9th day of October, 1964 for
the purchase of Reo "M" Series 2k ton 6X6 recon-
ditioned truck in the sum of $4,395.00 is hereby
approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and approval
by the Mayor.
