AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND CITY WATER
WORKS AND THE B & G CONSTRUCTION
CO., INC., FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
WORK ON THE WATER WORKS CENTRAL
CONTROL SYSTEM IN THE SUM OF
$49,403.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIAN.1:
SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the
South Bend City Water Works and B & G Construction Co.,
Inc., on the 26th day of October, 1964, for general con-
struction work on a Water Works Central Control System
in the sum of Forty -nine Thousand Four hundred and Three
Dollars ($49,403.00) is hereby approved and confirmed.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall
effect from and after its adoption
