Colfax Hill Partners, LLC acknowledges that a Phase II Environmental Assessment is necessary to
determine whether the property located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Colfax
Avenue and South Hill Street in South Bend, Indiana is suitable for development.
Jones Petrie Rafinski will be authorized to complete this environmental assessment for an
Estimated Cost of $7,090.00 per their contract dated March 10, 2014. Colfax Hill Partners, LLC
will be a part of that contract and agrees to pay $3,545.00 (50% of the Project Maximum cost of
$7,090.00) towards the cost of this assessment.
