ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1:
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing
the zoning classification of the following described property
from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to
"A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District:

inclusive of Lincoln Manor 2nd Addition, Lots A -E
inclusive of Drullinger Sub. and Lots 304 -308 inclusive
and Lots 311 -346 inclusive of part of Lincoln Manor
�v Addition, being more generally described as bounded
CATHRYN L. BLOUGi-i on the East by Eclipse Place, on the West by the
Y CLERK, SOUTH BEND, AND. 1st north -south alley East of Bendix Drive, on the
North by Lincoln Way West, and on the South by Green
Street and Bonds Avenue.
Section 2•
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal
publication.
