AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
Section 1•
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing
the zoning classification of the following described property
from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to
"A -1" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District:
Lots 8 -16 inclusive of Demler's 1st Survey, Lots
C1 . �F•,.: 17 -26 inclusive of Demlerts 2nd Survey, Lots 238 -259
LED N° �t� �" 6 Us - inclusive and Lots 266 -276 inclusive of Part of
Southeast 3rd Addition and Lots 1 -107 inclusive of
DEC Southlawn Sub; being more generally described as
C bounded on the East by Leer Street, on the West by

Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal
publication.
