ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,200.00) TO THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF RADAR EQUIP-
MENT TO BE A TRANSFER FROM ACCOUNT Pll INTO
ACCOUNT P726, ALL BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I.
The sun of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) is
hereby appropriated to the Police Department for the purchase of radar
equipment and said One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) is to be
appropriated to account P726, Other Equipment, for said purpose. Said
sum to be obtained and transferred from account P11, Services Personal,
where it was heretofore appropriated for use and which said sun will not
now be needed for such purpose.
SECTION II.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor,
and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements of emergency appropria-
tions.
