JUNE, 1949, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by the Common
Council of the City of South Bend,Indiana, on the 13th day of
June, 1949, more commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of South Bend, and thereafter amended and as adopted and
codified October 14, 1963, be amended by the re- zoning of a certain
parcel of land located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph
County, State of Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 33, Township 38 North,
Range 2E described as follows: Beginning at a
point 25 feet South of and 40 feet West of the
Northeast corner of said Quarter Quarter Section;
thence South 150 feet; thence West 565 feet, more
or less, to the East line of the Recorded Re -Plat
of Lincoln Plaza 2nd Addition; thence North along
the East line of said Re -Plat a distance of 150
feet; thence East 25 feet South of and parallel
to the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section,
a distance of 565 feet, more or less, to the place
of beginning,
be changed from "A" Use District and "A" Height and Area District
to "B" Use District and "B" Height and Area District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and signing by the Mayor.
