AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1•
That Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended,
be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing
the zoning classification of the following described property
from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to
"A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District:
Lots 15, 21, 22, 28, 29, 35 of Part.of Westchester
1st Unit, Lots 17- 64.inclusive of Lincoln Manor
2nd Addition and Lots 90 -147 inclusive, Lots 260 -303
inclusive of Part of Lincoln Manor, being more
generally described as being bounded on the East
by Meade Street, on the South by Prast Blvd., on
the West by the 1st north -south alley East of
Bendix Drive, and on the North by Bonds Avenue
and Green Street.
Section 2:
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor, and legal
publication.
