AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 40, SECTION 40 -14
OF THE MUNICIPAL COIDE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, 1962, ALSO KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NUMBER 3702,
ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, ON THE 14th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1963,
AND KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE IN THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA:
Section 1. That Chapter 40, Section 40 -14 of the Municipal
Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962, adopted by the
Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 14th
day of October, 1963, more commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
in the City of South Bend, be amended by the rezoning of those
certain parcels of land located in the City of South Bend,
St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Lots Numbered Two Hundred Ninety -three (293), Two
Hundred Ninety -four (294), Two Hundred Ninety -f ive
(295), Two Hundred Ninety -six (296), Two Hundred
Ninety -seven (297), Two Hundred Ninety -eight (298)
and Two Hundred Ninety -nine (299) in Section B
Coquillard Woods, South Bend, St. Joseph County,
Indiana ,
from "A" Use District and "A" Height and Area District to "B"
Use District and "B" Height and Area District.
Section 2, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and signing by the Mayor of the City
of South Bend.
