AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $233,000.00 OF
THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR VARIOUS
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA:
SECTION I. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $233,000.00
of the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund of the city for the
following various capital improvements to wit: for the payment of
current principal and interest of the Municipal Bonds of 1965 and
the current principal and interest of the promissory note
executed by the City of South Bend to the State of Indiana for a
loan for the improvement of the Airport Industrial Park; and for
the Ourchase and improvement of ]And ts, serve as a retention
basin for the overflow of storm water in the Southeast quadrant
of the City of South Bend; and other capital improvements for
streets and sewers.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption by the Common Council of the Civil
City of South Bend, Indiana, and approval by the Mayor and legal
publication.
