BLOUGH ORDINANCE 4846 -66 CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNBEOF $7,750.00 TO ACCOUNT XX 71, "BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS ", AND $k,Xnft 0 TO ACCOUNT XX 73, "LAND". 1,650.00 WHEREAS, Certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of city government to meet such extra- ordinary emergencies. BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That for the expenses of city government and its institutions for the year ending December 31, 1966, the following sums of money are hereby appropria ed and set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes terein specified; subject to the laws governing the same, and such sums herein appropriated shall be herd to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipuiated and provided by law. SECTION II. That for said fiscal year there is hereby appro- priated out.of the General Fund the folioyiing specified amounts to meet such extraordinary emergencies as follotas, to-wiC; 1. To Account XX 71, Buildings, Structures & Improvements, the sum of $7,750.00, said sum being necessary for the construction of an office for the sanitary landfill, and 2. To Account XX 73, Land, the sum of $1,750.00, said sum being necessary for paving and landscaping at the sanitary landfill. SECTION III.
