OF SECTION ONE (1) OF ORDINANCE NO. 3964 KATHRYN L. BLOUGH
BEING AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SCHEDULE OR CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, I,N0,
RATES AND CHARGES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND FROM THE OWNERS OF
PROPERTY SERVED BY THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS
OF SAID CITY AND OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED
THEREWITH; AND SUBSTITUTING A NEW SUB-
PARAGRAPH (b) IN SAID SECTION ONE (1) IN
LIEU THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA,
Section 1.. That Sub - Section (b) of Section 1 of Ordinance 3964
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. In lieu of the Sub - Section (b) of' Section 1 of
6rdinance,3964 repealed by Section 1 of this Ordinance, the following
is hereby substituted and enacted:
The water usage schedule on which the amount of said rates and
eharges shall be determined shall be as follows:
